Sessions should expire

User sessions should expire after 4 hours
Login should have a Remember Me flag

I have implemented this feature as follows:
- If you don't check the "Remember me" checkbox during login your session will expire 4 hours after you've last used it (this means the session will remain for 4 hours even if you quit your browser... is that desirable?) - If you check the "Remember me" checkbox during login your session will expire 30 days after you've last used it - If you logout your cookie will expire when your browser is closed -

Hmmm, that last comment's formatting went wrong... I can't deleteI have implemented this feature as follows:
- If you don't check the "Remember me" checkbox during login your session will expire 4 hours after you've last used it (this means the session will remain for 4 hours even if you quit your browser... is that desirable?)
- If you check the "Remember me" checkbox during login your session will expire 30 days after you've last used it
- If you logout your cookie will expire when your browser is closed it so I'll rewrite it here properly:
